From Melbourne we flew to Sydney, hopped into a rental car and made our way to the Blue Mountains. Friends we made in London gave us this tip and we pretty much ended up creating our itinerary around this destination.
The Blue Mountains Park was hike after hike, vista after vista, and a very very good Greek dinner. And these were all really good things.
Our Airbnb was another great catch- a cabin owned by a local eccentric artist named Rosie. I love finding these gems on Airbnb. It was in the perfect location. Each day we jumped in the car and drove off, pulling over when we found trail heads. This area is just jam packed with beautiful hikes. If we come back I will stay at Rosie's again in a heartbeat.
